How we think about ingredient selection
- Clinically-relevant doses, not "fairy dust." We dose ingredients in the range studied in published research where possible, not below it.
- Standardized extracts. Where an ingredient has a standardized active (e.g. Bacopa 20% bacosides), we use it.
- Stack synergy. L-Theanine pairs with daily routines that include caffeine. Alpha-GPC + Huperzine A target choline support. Bacopa + Lion's Mane are long-arc cognitive support.
- Absorption. BioPerine® (black pepper extract) is included as an absorption-support ingredient.
- Honest claims. We use the word "support" because that is what dietary supplements do. NeuroSpark does not treat or cure any condition.
