This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Supplements ("Vibe", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://vibesupp.com or buy our products. It is written for U.S. visitors and customers. If you are visiting from a region with additional rights (such as the EU/UK or California), those rights are summarized below and we honor them where they apply.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- You give it to us — when you place an order, create an account, contact support, sign up for emails or SMS, or fill out a form. This can include name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, order details, and any message you send us.
- Automatically — when you use the site, we and our service providers receive device information (browser, OS, approximate location from IP), pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions. This is collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, and server logs.
- From partners — payment processors confirm whether a transaction succeeded, shipping carriers return tracking events, and advertising/analytics partners may share aggregate campaign performance.
Specifically, the categories of information we may collect include:
- Contact info: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address
- Order info: items, prices, discounts, order history
- Payment info: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers
- Account credentials (if you create an account)
- Device info: IP address, browser, OS, device identifiers
- Usage info: pages viewed, clicks, search terms, referrer, timestamps
- Location: approximate location derived from IP
- Cookie & pixel data from analytics, marketing, and advertising tools
- Communications: messages you send us by email, chat, SMS, or social
2. How we use information

- Operate, secure, and improve the site and our products
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates)
- Send marketing emails or SMS when you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Measure and improve the performance of our site and marketing
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and other unlawful activity
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4. Third-party service providers
We share the minimum information needed with vetted service providers. Depending on features we use, these may include:
- Google — analytics, advertising, reCAPTCHA, Search Console, YouTube embeds
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and conversion measurement
- Stripe — payment processing
- PayPal — payment processing
- Twilio — SMS and voice notifications (opt-in only)
- OpenAI — AI features such as on-site assistants
- Anthropic — AI features such as on-site assistants
- Google Maps — store locator and maps embeds
- YouTube — embedded videos
- Cloudflare — security, CDN, and bot mitigation
- Hosting provider — infrastructure that runs the site
- Shopify — ecommerce, cart, and checkout infrastructure
Each provider acts under contract and is permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above and to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Order records are retained for tax and warranty purposes (typically up to 7 years). Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe. Logs and analytics are retained for shorter periods, generally under 26 months.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under U.S. state laws. To exercise any right, email privacy@vibesupp.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
California residents (CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sale/sharing.
EU/UK visitors (GDPR / UK GDPR): where these laws apply, you have additional rights including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will enable region-specific consent flows when we offer products in those regions.
7. Sale or sharing of personal information
By default, we do not sell your personal information. If we ever elect to participate in lawful data partnerships that could be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under U.S. state privacy laws, we will (a) update this policy, (b) add a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice, and (c) honor your current cookie preferences and Global Privacy Control signals.
8. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including TLS in transit, restricted access, and reputable cloud providers. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
9. Children
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
